I have just sold my flat through Paramount and my experience of the team and service was very impressive. I had to list the flat twice as the first sale fell through (through no fault of Paramount’s), and both times the level of service I received was of the highest standard. I found both Oliver and Lionel to be courteous, well-informed and responsive, and both provided me with frequent updates on the progress of the sale. My experience with Paramount has been absolutely fantastic. After viewing more than a two dozens of apartments, I finally found myself in the very capable hands of Chloe who helped me find my first apartment in London. We dealt with Paramount as buyers, so can’t comment on the selling aspect, but we were really, really happy with the service shown by Robert. He accommodated us at very short notice for our first viewing, he was always friendly and knowledgeable, and he did his best to make the whole buying process as straightforward as possible between us and the seller. Paramount Properties are perfect! I have been in London for over 3 year after moving from the Midlands and Dexter from Paramount Properties helped me with my first rental in 2015 and was amazing start to finish! No hard sell, no pressure, everything sorted within 1 week and his communication is fantastic!
