In the process of selling our house at the moment, and so far we have been very impressed with the professionalism and level of contact from the team in Westbury. Louisa did an amazing job of producing the advert and brochure for the house, and from photos to uploading to their website and Rightmove it took less than one working day. We are so pleased with the speed and professionalism in which she acted. Our initial contact with M&C through Lewis was extremely positive - he too was professional and prompt with his emails and getting us booked in for the photos. My fiancé met with him to value the house and noted that he was very friendly and provided lots of really helpful information. We’ve now just had contact with Kieran, one of their sales negotiators, who outlined the process to come for our sale thoroughly. So far, extremely happy with M&C’s service, and we feel much more at ease and positive about what is typically a pretty stressful time! UPDATE (Aug 2024): Having now completed our house sale with Martin & Co, my review still stands and then some. Kim worked tirelessly for us and our buyer through what was an extremely stressful move. She was amazing at keeping in touch, chasing up pesky solicitors, and doing everything she could to get the damn thing over the line. Compared to the service we got with our onward purchase, it was night and day.

We have had a really positive experience so far. We had a couple of viewings of the same property with Kerri (a property which we’re currently in the process of buying!! Fingers crossed). She was really brilliant, we felt she was very prepared for the meeting and knowledgeable about the property and local area, she was able to answer all our questions during the visits. She was very accommodating to fit our second viewing in at a different time. She made us feel very relaxed and allowed us space to wander through the property without feeling overlooked. We have had really responsive and pleasant interactions with the Westbury Branch at Martin & Co. Tanya has also been immensely helpful in answer some of our questions too. We would definitely recommend viewing and buying through Martin & Co!

We are happy with how easily it has all gone

We rented with Martin & co. for 2 years and had a really positive experience with them overall but particularly our property manager Brittany. Brittany was a truly fantastic property manager and listened and acted on any questions or issues we had very quickly, throughout our tenancy. She has a lovely demeanour and made us feel welcome and appreciated as tenants. We will genuinely miss having her as our property manager at our new home!
