I have dealt with Chesterton Property Management Office for many years now and have found them most obliging and knowledgeable regarding the management of rented properties in Pimlico and in particular Mark Kardos who is currently the person dealing with my property has always dealt promptly with queries and requests which occur from time to time. I would recommend him and the firm if one has a property to let for which you require a manager to look after the many legal requirements imposed by the government on people who let their properties nowadays as well as ensuring that rents are paid on time, repairs and other issues are dealt with promptly, etc.
