I had quite a specific profile in mind for the type of tenants I wanted which I discussed when I first visited the Martyn Gerrard office in Whetstone. I was not so much interested in the number of viewings but more in how those who visited matched my particular requirements and were serious contenders for the let.. Andrew appeared to understand my requirements very well and in a short space of time the property was let..
