Helen was very professional and fair to me and the buyer . She always kept me informed of developments . All of the staff were very helpful . As I lived in another part of the country to the location of the property I was unable to visit very often and someone from Cooke and Co called in on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay. I was always kept up to date about viewings and comments. I would recommend Cooke and Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.

From start to finish nigal (and all his staff bent over backwards for us ) we left them a key and they sorted out all viewings etc , we didnt have to lift a finger from start to finish , we also found that there fees were the best around , we never once had to chase them up , they phoned us EVERY time there was a development , if only every estate agent was as good as cooke and co the housing market would be booming
