FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Robert Watts and in particular Clare O'Connor who has assisted me in securing my 3rd buy to let property I have purchased through Robert Watts. All the staff including Julie the Centre Manager and Debbie have also been very approachable, supportive and professional in the service they have provided me. A special thanks to Clare who has been very proactive in all the 3 purchases i have made via her. She is always happy and enthusiastic when communicating with me and loves to get things done quick. First time buyers and they helped make sure it went smoothly. Only downside is that the property had been overvalued.

23 Moresby Rd

just purchased 23 Moresby Rd of R Watts in wibsey Clare Oconnor was the girl facilitating the sale and purchase, Through out my purchase Clare kept in touch giving me updates, chasing solicitors on both sides making sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Each time i went into their offices in Wibsey Clare was very helpful and patient with me I would highly Recommend Robert Watts Regards Mr Wormald

Excellent friendly service

We made our first but to let purchase with Robert Watts. We mainly dealt with Jayne who was friendly and always updating us on the progress of the offer through to completion. We are still deal with them now on further purchases.

Highly Proactive Service from Robert Watts

Big thank you especially to Julie Maran from the Wibsey team, who was always following up on everything and updating us on a timely basis. It made the process that little bit less stressful, in that we were confident that somebody capable and proactive was handling our sale.

Bullish Staff on phone at Wibsey

I expressed my dissapointment that although the withdrawal fee was in the terme, it should have been mentioned at the point of sale, typical poor customer service person at wibsey in Bradford started raising her voice so that I couldn't speak, so I just had to hang-up.
