I would 100% recommend Michael C Adams
After dealing with Neil Barrett, Lorraine and all the team at MCA I wanted to leave a review after having such a great service from start to end! Neil dealt with both my sale and purchase of my new home and went the extra mile to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. For what can be a stressful time, the MCA team did their upmost to keep me informed and chased when necessary to make sure things kept moving! Thanks for all your hard work and support MCA, I will definitely recommend!!

WOULD RECOMMEND - VERY SUPPORTIVE
I have just sold my mother's house through Adams Estate Agents and have been really impressed with Neil Barrett and his team. Neil came out to value the house and we were impressed with his friendly professionalism and knowledge of the local market. Adams found us our buyers within three weeks and the sale went through seamlessly. The whole team are very helpful and friendly when you contact them and I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Adams Estate Agents.

Highly recommend!
Neil was very knowledgeable about the area and the local house sales. My property was sold within days for the full asking price and although this first sale fell through, it was put back on the market and sold again, within 2 days, again for the asking price. Neil is always on hand to discuss/answer any issues or questions and I would definitely use the company again in the future.

Neil personally stayed on top of all the issues - in summary, a trusted and valued advisor. Both he and Margaret responded promptly and Neil directly intervened in ensuring the sale went through in a timely and effective manner.

Adams sold my property in 2 days! Very easy to do business with!
Neil came out to value our house and he knew our area and market well. We explained we had to sell quickly to buy a new home from family members and they needed a quick sale. my house went online and within an hour I had 4 viewings booked. The second people to view my home put an offer in at full asking price within two days of it being advertised. cannot fault this service at all. Thanks Neil!

Brilliant service, couldn't have asked for more!
I live out of the area and needed to sell my house in Widnes, so I went to MCA as I'd heard great reviews about them. I spoke with Neil at the office and I wasn't disappointed. They took the keys and dealt with everything extremely efficiently and kept me well informed every step of the way. Was totally hassle free which was exactly what I needed. Had several viewers after just 1 day of advertising and sold my house within the week! I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend to anyone. Look no further than MichaelAdams if your selling your house!

Our first home
We recently bought our first home through Adams Estate Agents (Widnes branch) and were very happy with the service provided. Initially we had chosen another property but had to pull out further down the line, Adams were great, reassuring us that it was okay and providing advice and guidance throughout the whole process. Luckily we found another house that we loved straight away which was also advertised with Adams. We arranged a viewing and put an offer in, following some negotiations the offer was accepted. We were kept informed throughout and there was always someone at the end of the phone when we had any queries. Adams were great in arranging extra viewings so that we could show family members and take measurements etc. Overall I would highly recommend Adams Estate Agents to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Supported professional service
