It was a warm welcome and reception from the start of the process to finish. Recalled when appointment was booked to view the property and I struggled getting to the location. The representative was calm and humane to still take us through the viewing despite arriving late.

Great service throughout

Northwood have been amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for estate agents. They have been approachable but professional throughout the whole process. The Whats App group they set up in the beginning has been brilliant. Phone calls into the office have been answered quickly and I felt up to date on the situation at all times! Hopefully I won't need an estate agent again but Northwood would be my first choice!
