Northwood have managed my property under their guaranteed rent scheme for a number of years. Of course there is a premium to pay for using such a scheme but the peace of mind it has given me has been worth it. The team at Wigan are always very friendly and responsive and Steve in particular has given me good advice. I always felt that my property was being well looked after. Having got no-where and poor advice from another estate agent,I was disillusioned about selling my property, especially in the current climate. However, Northwood were from start to finish, nothing but professional. Really on the ball and proactive, looking after my best interests with a buyer who was rather challenging!
