Really clear communication (and made so much easier by just dealing with one very knowledgeable person for everything!) throughout and very honest and clearly thinking about the best interests of his customers rather than himself in suggesting not to reduce the price when others may have done to secure their fee! I think the reason I think Ben is a great estate agent is precisely because he absolutely isn’t like your standard estate agent! Great to have someone who actually cares.
