Helpful and polite communications, positive interactions

Jo took over as our contact at Charters when the person previously handling it left, so she wasn't involved right from the start. However she quickly familiarised herself with the case and has been unfailingly courteous and positive in all our interactions. Contacts on our purchase are now exchanged and we look forward to moving in. Jo was always friendly and cheerful and made great efforts to keep us updated as things progressed. Many thanks.
