Not only did he show us properties that we wanted, he went out of his way to find properties that would interest us and was extremely patient with us being a little lost! Very happy with the help that Georgie and Ellie gave me. The only thing I didn't like was that The Lettings hub was very complicated, and when you write to them for help they don't answer and I had to call. What I liked least is when they ask for authorization to access the bank account app. I have been living in the UK for more than 5 years and they had never asked me anything like that to rent a room or house.
