I am happy with letting agent Martin & Co. I needed a accommodation and I approached them. Karl is such an amazing gentle man and he is good comunicator and ready with answer to any question. I would say Martin & Co is the best letting agent I have seen since I come this country and I would like to recommend them.

My son has rented uni accommodation with Martin & Co Winchester for the last five months, and is on the verge of signing with them again to cover his accommodation from August 2025 onwards. There were some initial teething problems this year but Julian, the branch manager, took ownership for resolving them and I was super impressed with the efficiency in which this happened. His communication was also amazing, and I really valued this aspect. For upcoming accommodation my son and I have been dealing with Karl. Again, communication has been great. He has called back when he has said he will, and answers all emails in a timely manner. I've been happy with the service my son has received from Karl and I've no qualms about him using Martin & Co again for his uni accommodation based on the service received.
