I had an excellent experience with Martin & Co, and I can’t recommend them enough! I viewed a property last Friday, where I met Cath. I originally had my eye on another property and Cath went above and beyond in order to make things happen. She arranged a viewing for the next day, which saved me an extra 10 hours long journey from London to Wirral, the offer was made right after the viewing and accepted on the next business day. Both Cath and Sheena were incredibly supportive and brilliant throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. Quickly response, transparent communication and regular updates are deal breakers. If you’re looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent, Martin & Co is the place to go!

The house we bought was being sold by Martin & co and we would definitely use them for selling with in the future. Everyone we dealt with in the office was lovely, with a particularly big thanks to Lesley for helping unstick some solicitor issues!
