Only just moved in with Martin and Co and so far they've been very friendly and helpful. When we first moved in the cooker thermostat was broken and the next morning A new cooker arrived ! Very impressed with their speedy response and couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got from Steve the property manager.

Martin & Co are the most thorough, professional and friendly management company in this geographical area. The management fees charged are the lowest in the area for the amount of work that is done. We were looking for a rental property in April 2016. We were new to the market and after two months of searching (along with other agents) found a property with Martin & Co shortly after. I always reserve judgement for reviews until I can honestly judge. Martin & Co Witney have been prompt with sorting out any problems and I would recommend them to any prospective homeowner - especially ones new to home owning. They don't just sell you the house, they look after the home. I have a few friends that would slate other agents - this is one they don't. Thank you Martin & Co Witney.
