I have been a first time landlord for four years and during that time Mo and his team have been extremely helpful. Excellent tenants have been found, the odd few maintenance repairs have been taken care of quickly and cost effectively and my telephone calls and emails have been answered promptly and professionally. Very recently Mo spent time talking through various options with me and as a result I have been able to keep my house and tenants whilst releasing some much needed equity.
