I am a small-scale landlord, and own two luxury flats in Woking, which I have entrusted to Martin & Co to fully manage for me. The income from these flats enables me to run a small charity on a voluntary basis, and knowing that I don't have to worry about any aspect of this venture gives me great peace of mind. I know that Martins will quickly deal with any issue that arises - they have found me some great tenants and they share my ethos of treating everyone fairly. In any property, however new and however luxurious, maintenance problems are inevitably going to arise. With their years of experience, honest approach and network of approved suppliers, all such issues have been quickly resolved by the Martins team. This morning, I called into the office as I had a small accounts query (entirely my misunderstanding) and I was inspired to write a review by their great customer service. As always, I was recognised, welcomed, and my query dealt with in the blink of an eye. The whole team, while quick to resolve issues, have also taken the time and trouble to get to know me and my circumstances - and I always step away from the premises feeling that I am a valued customer. I have been dealing with Martin & Co for over 10 years and they have been amazing from the Sales Team to the Finance Department.
