I have been working with Martin and Co in Wokingham for over two years, they have been very helpful in supporting me with my rental properties, initially covering for extended periods while travelling, supporting me with trades and working through compliance with never ending legislation. Over the last year they have worked with me on the business case between HMO and letting to a families, the pros, cons and compliance. As a result of their hard work and dedication I have this month moved one of my HMO properties under full management with Martin and Co Wokingham renting to a family. The speed of marketing and constant viewings had the property let in a week, they have then supported me through contracts, credit checking, latterly Inventory and management of utilities.
