Martin&Co Wokingham manages our property and we also let a property from them. There team has always been terrific and accommodating of our needs and requests. Most recently, they called us immediately when the tenant reported water dripping from the ceiling and arranged a plumber the same day to fix it. This happened while we were in a desperate situation to find a house where Martin&Co was able to connect us with one of their other tenants who wanted to break contract giving us access to an immaculate property that wasn't even on the market yet.
