Myself and my partner just recently moved into our new place that was arranged by Martin and Co Wokingham. Despite issues with our referencing (which was arranged by another company and issues contacting my previous Landlord), Shenaya, Rosemary and the rest of the time at Martin and Co were always on hand to help out. I have been looking for our next family home for more than a year. Now in the time of soaring prices, the house we like was beyond our budget and whatever was available wasn't good enough. With every passing day and time spent in viewings was like wasting our and agency's time. At this time of frustration Angelika from "Martin & Co Wokingham" brought us a property which was exactly what we wanted and right in our budget.
