We dealt mainly with Josh and Ejiro. After appointment Element immediately arranged for professionally photos to be taken and a floor plan drawn up. The flat looked great on-line and attracted a lot of interest. They arranged for about 25 viewings in the space of one week. By this time a number of offers were on the table and we were able to choose They were polite and conscientious professional and diplomatic. Overall we are very pleased with the service.

Josh is extremely helpful and really tries to make the whole renting experience easy. He is very prompt with his response to any questions you may have. And when you submit your application, he gets back to you quickly. The staff is all friendly and helpful as well.

Until I had the good fortune to purchase a flat through them, I had no idea that the estate agent played a role in a successful transaction - I thought that they were basically a shop window and their role was done when the offer was accepted.
