We had a bad experience with Davis Tate where our concerns regarding a buyer weren't listened to and in the end, unfortunately, those concerns were justified & received an EA apology. We then moved on to Parkers and despite a few selling issues that our buyers had - all has been good. Most importantly, Parkers have kept us informed every step of the way! We have recently sold our house through this agent and the whole team were very professional . From the initial valuation, to photographs, the virtual viewer and the covid safe viewings everything was handled very well. Everyone we met from the agency were courteous and knowledgeable. Jasper was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the property and area when showing us the property we purchased with him, through to the hand over to Somer who managed the progression of the sale. Somer was also very professional, and prompted us when things needed to be done and was there when we needed her to help move things forward.
