The staff at Breckon & Breckon are professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone selling/purchasing a property in and around Woodstock. The flat sold for asking price very quickly, however delays with probate and lease extension queries, during lockdown extended the time the sale took to complete - 10 months. Contact during this time between the estate agent and myself, the sellers and the estate agent were as expected and i felt the team had a genuine interest in the 'story' around the sale of the property.
