Leanne was fantastic. My solicitor was extremely slow at getting back to me and Leanne continuously chased them up for me. She was really persistent and I don't think things would have been done as quick without her help. She kept me informed at all times.

House sale

I cannot speak to highly of my experience with Nicol and Co.. I have dealt with many estate agents with not always a pleasurable experience. Regarding this sale prompted by my mother’s death, I was feeling very anxious and really dreading the process. From the time their sales negotiator Dominique walked through the door I felt confident. She suggested and advised on the look of the house for selling, which I took note of and organised. Also a realistic selling price instead of appealing to the buyers greed. Throughout the process the team kept me updated without any calls on my part wondering what was going on. I want to thank all the team for their professional approach and help and I would not hesitate to recommend Nicol and Co to any future clients.

Everyone at Nicol & Co were fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our home, from Paul and the team in sales to Leanne in chasing the solicitors and helping to meet the planned move date. We were kept updated regularly, and the team acted quickly to find a new buyer when the original buyer pulled out, and then thanks to Leanne's hard work we still managed to move before the end of October as originally planned.
