We appointed Mark to sell property, we had inherited due to a bereavement, as he very empathetic to the situation. Even though the property needed some updating he was complimentary about the property, pointing out the good points as well as the potential it had. He understands the market place and advertising techniques and as a consequence we believe we got the best price for the property. We don't live near the property so Mark had to take on full responsibility for showing people around. He was quick to answer any questions and we were kept fully informed of all developments promptly. We unreservedly recommend Mark Buchanan as an estate agent.
