This was a very awkward sale; a failed relationship; one party wanted to keep the property and Mark had known that party for many years. However, I have total respect for the way that Mark handled the sale. His professionalism was second to none and he remained impartial throughout the entire sale. This was a property that attracted a lot of interest and Mark will be the first to admit that he has never had as many viewings of a property as soon as it went on the market. To conduct these Mark spent two full days of 13th & 14th February 2021 at the property and had consecutive viewings back to back from morning to evening each day. There were other viewings lined up for the following week too. The offers came in thick and fast and as well as keeping the sellers updated, Mark had to relay information back to the potential buyers once the sellers had made decisions on the offers. Mark gave advice on the offers and it was agreed that the most lucrative offer was not the highest and it is often too easy to let financial gain cloud our judgement. As a result of that advice the house sale went through on 26th March 2021 only 41 days after an offer was accepted. Estate agents often get bad press but I can honestly say that Mark is one of the most honest, hard working people that I have dealt with. He marketed the property in a way it gained maximum interest and that reaped rewards. His bespoke service is without doubt the best package on the market and his commission based fees are the lowest offered by any estate agent. If you want the best service for the lowest price then look no further than Mark. It is testament to his service that more and more properties in the area are now adorned with his FOR SALE boards, and more so that these are changed to SOLD very quickly. I will close by pointing out that Mark sold the jointly owned property to a family that had never considered my house albeit they had been looking for a house in Seaton for years and had passed it day in day out. Mark knew what they were looking for and had told the couple about the property, it’s size and it’s potential and they were amazed by it. I’m sure that the new owners are as grateful to Mark as the previous owners who can now move on with their lives. I strongly advise using Mark to market your property. You will not find a more dedicated estate agent in the area.
