Our experience with Martin and Co when buying our first property has been excellent. Both Sarah and Vicki were professional and knowledgeable throughout and answered any questions we had very swiftly. We managed to complete well ahead of the estimated time given, so thank you both for making this as smooth a process as possible.

I bought a property that Martin & Co were handling. I found them very responsive. The main people I spoke to on the phone was Vicky and Sarah. They were always lovely and polite. Whenever I viewed the property, it was Sarah who greeted me. Always before time, always with good detail and understanding about the property and sellers. You know when you go to view a property and the person showing you round says, "well, I know nothing about this house, I'll ask XXX" - I didn't get this with Martin & Co. Both Vicky and Sarah knew about the property, and if there was something I requested (like the emptying of the shed or what's the alarm code), if they didn't know, they asked the seller promptly. I was impressed with Martin & Co. Illustrative of them, is that when I sold my property I had to beg my estate agent to pick up the For Sale sign (they never got round to putting up the For Sold sign and they had 6-8 weeks to do so). Martin & Co had a Sold sign up. The day after I completed, that sign was picked up, without me even mentioning it. Very competent. Fully recommend. I don't plan on moving in the near future, but if I need to, they'll be my first port of call.

Vicky and Sarah were very helpful and professional - contacting us when we needed to be updated, but not bombarding us with calls, etc. A pleasure to deal with, and a big thanks to Martin & Co for a successful sale.
