We rented a property through Northwood Estate Agents and have recently vacated. I am of the understanding that Northwood has recently been taken over by new management, and from reading the previous reviews it seems the whole company has changed as well as their ethos, as our opinions could not be more different. I only have good things to say about this company, especially our dealings with Sean and Connor. Both were professional but also extremely understanding, we had a new born baby and the house was up for let during COVID 19 which of course was a worrying time, however these guys were flexible and the communication was spot on, we were always kept in the loop about viewings. Vacating the property was easy, and the check out inspection a breeze...they have surpassed my expectations of letting agents who have notoriously in the past ripped me off.
