Manning Stainton were fantastic at helping us sell our house! They understood our need to move quickly and got it on the market within a couple of days of us first contacting them. When our first buyers pulled out they took the time to contact all previously interested prospective buyers to let them know it was back on the market again so we were able to repair the chain quickly. My only negative comment is it was difficult to get in contact with anyone at the branch during a week or two in the summer holidays as they were understaffed due to leave. It took a day or two to get in contact with the right person at times but it didn’t hold things up too much.

Thank you, Wortley team. The house is great. A special thanks goes to Alex for helping me with the initial phase. We took the house via bringing loan, the process was longer than usual. Lesley was of great help with the exchange and completion. The whole team was professional, and I would definitely recommend them and their services.
