Great service from start to finish. Naturally, we all hear some horror stories about conveyancing solicitors, especially during and just after the pandemic whilst they were incredibly busy. Lesley, Manning Stainton's move manager, was so helpful that I never had to pick up the phone to my solicitors once! As she helped the process between myself, the buyer, and the vendor all go through extremally quickly and hassle free. I would certainly recommend using this estate agent. In addition, their agents showing you around the property do a great job in showing you around, as opposed to most other agents that make no effort and just sit down and let you look around by yourself.
