The experience overall has always been positive. Donna was the face for me in Northwood and right from the beginning till the end of tenancy, she was approachable and addressed all of my concerns. Having dealt with numerous different letting agents from York during my search Jonathan was by far the friendliest and most helpful of them all. I (like many people I???m sure) have been struggling to find a property that will except a dog and after enquiring about one which turned out to be no longer available he of his own accord went away and contacted land lords of their other properties to see if they would consider pets and rang me back with an alternative property. On top of that as I???m currently based 1 1/2 hours away I was struggling to view during normal office hours around work so he even offered to do an out of hours viewing for me.
