I have recently let a property with Martin & Co after viewing multiple properties with the company. I met with Liam Jeffries each time and he is brilliant. He kept me up to date on progress and was always on hand for any queries. Very professional and a lovely guy!

Liam and Emily have been instrumental at helping me through the process of finding a place to rent in Penryn. Nothing has been too much hassle or too much bother. I felt looked after and supported through the whole process with incredible attention to detail and communication. They have gone above and beyond and been available whenever I had questions or worries about various stages of the process as this has all been very new to me after only renting privately before. Amazing service from them, no problems at all. If you are looking at moving, start here! Everyone I spoke to was so polite, friendly and professional. It can be quite stressful trying to find a new place, but the ladies I have spoken with make it so much easier. From responding within 5 minutes to my first email, calling back when they say and viewing at a time that suited me! I had dealt very briefly with another estate agency that honestly couldn’t have cared less. These ladies obviously love what they do and it shows. Ruby especially, is an absolute delight to talk to and nothing seems too much trouble!

I have received nothing less than 5 star service from Martin & Co. I would score higher if I could. Liam in particular has been absolutely outstanding in assisting us to rent our property. It was a quick and speedy process and he always got back to us within a timely manner and always went that extra mile to answer any queries we had. We have been dealing with Martin & Co over the last 4 months whilst looking to rent a new home after going through homelessness. We’ve had a great experience with Martin & Co’s Falmouth branch. Liam and Ruby have been great at keeping us updated and informed about the property we have chosen to rent. They have been great in accommodating our needs for online viewings and communication over emails and telephone calls. It has been clear and simple when coming to signing tenancy agreements and referencing.
