What a fantastic team! Planning our family move from one end of the country to the other has been a really stressful process but Ruby got us off to a really great start by securing us a fantastic family home and reassuring us about the area/schools etc. Having that local knowledge was really comforting and it felt like a really personal service. Liam was also really attentive as were Madeline and Rebecca. All of them went over and above to ensure we knew what was happening and how long each stage would take. I’ve dealt with a number of letting agents before and these guys are by far the best! Highly recommend.

Really great, friendly service from Liam from the initial viewing, through the referencing and to the final acceptance. Always quick to respond to emails and ready to talk things through on the phone without hurrying me up. The fact that Martin & Co. use Rightmove for the referencing also made things move along smoothly as they are really good and very contactable and helpful on the phone.
