I was shown around my (prospective) new place on 12/10/21 by Joanne, I signed the Tenancy Agreement online yesterday 26/10/21 - absolutely no drama. But a whole team of folks were involved in the referencing & finalisation process, which was fine, Ruby, Madeline & Rebecca. I hope I’ve not missed anyone. Collect the keys in a few weeks. And I passed the property this morning. ‘Let Agreed’ board up - that’s me! A great experience

Very good. despite my property being delayed in getting it ready to market the agency were helpful and I found really good tenants at the first viewing. The monthly agency fee is very reasonable. and communication from the local office in Helston from Rebecca is prompt. Apart from the hiccup in setting up the payment account details everything has been great.

It was a great move renting our house with Martin & Co Falmouth. I thoroughly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
