Lenwell provide a great service. They are professional in approach and very easy to work with. There are so many bad agents out there, but in comparison, Lenwell are a different level. My key points of contact (Richard and Andrew) are clearly good at their jobs, polite, and robust in their approach. As a landlord, this is key. My tenants have said theat their experience is the same. They feel safe and secure in having Lenwell maintain the properties. Moving my portfolio to Lenwell is the best thing I've done, and long overdue.
