Exceptional service
Michael and David were both professional, friendly and personable. They were always available and really helped to drive and push the sale process through, working for both the seller and myself when purchasing the property. They were extremely knowledgeable, offering useful advise, and involving all parties. I would definitely purchase another property from this company because of the service I have received.

Knowledgable and honest company
I have bid with Hammer Price Homes three times in total and have purchased one house through them. I found their entire process easy to understand and the functionality of their website during the bidding process was faultless. Other larger auction houses do not have a system as sophisticated as Hammer Price Homes. They do charge a higher buyer registration fee than other auction houses that I have used, but unlike other larger auction houses, I felt that they gave a far more personalised service and I was able to ask questions prior to the auction that were answered quickly and honestly. Additionally, Michael was available after the auction and he provided updates right up until completion, keeping me in the loop and acting as middle-man between the vendors. I would not hesitate in using Hammer Price Homes again and would urge others to consider using them too.

Excellent service
I can’t thank Hammer Price Homes enough for the professionalism, friendliness and exceptional service we have received. Their service throughout the entire process was excellent, they were always there to help and assist us with any queries. Purchasing a property via an online auction was quite daunting to begin with but we really should not have worried, the service we received was definitely 5 star.

Help and communication
We recently purchased an auction property through hammer price homes, the purchase was helped a great deal by the agent (Michael) who made an effort to keep us informed of anything he though we needed to know. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service

Best decision we made to go with Hammer Price Homes
We have been really pleased with the service that has been provided by Hammer Price Homes Limited. From our first contact to the completion of the sale they have been on the ball throughout the time and have been extremely helpful in resolving any questions or concerns we had. Excellent service
My experience with Hammer price homes has been a Pleasure. I have found the team very helpful and experienced, this I found very important when purchasing a property for the first time from an online auction. I would without doubt use this company again to make further purchases.
