Knowledgable and honest company

I have bid with Hammer Price Homes three times in total and have purchased one house through them. I found their entire process easy to understand and the functionality of their website during the bidding process was faultless. Other larger auction houses do not have a system as sophisticated as Hammer Price Homes. They do charge a higher buyer registration fee than other auction houses that I have used, but unlike other larger auction houses, I felt that they gave a far more personalised service and I was able to ask questions prior to the auction that were answered quickly and honestly. Additionally, Michael was available after the auction and he provided updates right up until completion, keeping me in the loop and acting as middle-man between the vendors. I would not hesitate in using Hammer Price Homes again and would urge others to consider using them too.
