Not great customer service when your viewing gets cancelled within 24 hours due to the property being sold.. We waisted 2 days waiting for some simple information that I had to chase up. Then worked with the agent for there most convenient for them to accommodate the viewing. The correct option would be to honour existing viewings and to take property off the market. Although I do appreciate the conditions of the market at the moment.

In this instance, we were instructed by our vendor to take their property off the market and cancel any further viewings, as they had received an agreeable offer that suited them and their situation.
