Edinburgh Branch terrible service

I was trying to view one of the properties in Bonnyrigg Edinburgh - called them a number of times - no reply. I have then sent an email requesting to arrange a viewing. I've got a reply only next day advising to call them to arrange a viewing! I'm not sure how they manage to sell their properties since it is such a nightmare even to get a viewing! I was very interested in a property however after numerous unsuccessful attempts I simply gave up and decided not to waste my time. Well done - you might have just lost a sale!
