We heartily recommend Martin & Co and Kelly. (Martin's reference check and online platforms are far superior to other letting companies; every email and phone interaction with the company was professional and kind.) Our agent Kelly was warm, lovely, and professional in all of her interactions with us. Looking for a house for a family (when you're moving from a different town) can be quite nerve-wracking, and Kelly's kind and approachable demeanor set us at ease as she told us information about the house, neighborhood, and other details that helped us get a better feel for what we were signing up for. Juliet, the manager who took our calls and application, was always attentive, calm, and responsive to our emails, questions, and requests. We loved having Kelly be our agent and interacting with Juliet about signing on as a tenant, and we would recommend both to everyone we know.

We decided to rent out our property due to job relocation. After talking to a couple of letting agencies, we were impressed with all the staffs we have talked to from Martin & Co Aberdeen. As a new landlord my experience is that Martin & Co give an excellent service from the moment of enquiry to finding my first tenant. All telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and efficiently and they are available 24/7 for advice. Maxine was a joy to deal with, Kelly did a great job showing the property and providing feedback via the online portal and I was assigned Kevin as my personal letting agent who continues to offer support second to none, making life as a landlord very easy and keeping my tenant happy at the same time!

I had several interactions viewing with Kelly and she was very lovely and helpful, and very clearly cares about the condition of the properties she is showing. I am now renting with Martin & Co with Juliet as my property manager and she is incredibly lovely and helpful and I could not recommend her and Martin & Co more! Enquired about a flat and told him of my urgent need to get somewhere sorted, and he made it his obligation to ensure I got the place, managing to get me in a week earlier than expected.
