She was very quick in arranging viewings for us and finding properties that match our requirements. She gave a thorough and detailed tour of the flat and facilities in the area for multiple properties, it helped us to decide which property suits us the best. With the current climate and high demand for the rental market, It deemed impossible for me to secure any sort of lease. I found most letting agents to see me as a number not a person, and on each occasion, the approach was impersonal and very boring generic. However, upon making contact with Martin & Co I applied to a property of my choice and an agreement was made with Kelly in the office to allow a virtual viewing. This was then sent to me by my property agent Kevin Barr for further consideration. No barriers or excuses, just a can do attitude and a very upbeat informative video too. When expressing interest, Kevin was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Given its all new to me, he sign posted the journey, explained the information in a logical and easy to understand manner and was seamless and positive throughout the entire referencing journey. During the time of referencing, I had many questions to ask. Kevin went above and beyond to clarify things and I am pleased to say, today I signed the lease. Martin and Co are definitely unique by their method and approach. The use of a third party referencing company, who also were extremely efficient by offering a timeline of events, real time status update and additional deals such as broadband or insurances make the entire experience pleasant.
