Signed a one year contract with them, And then they move everything to the landlord without even telling me. If you are an international student like me stay away. Update : I called Mr Eduardo and I was totally misunderstanding he was really nice and clearly told me what to do. Thank you so much

After a while with other Agents, Stephen Barr at Martin and Co pulled it out of the bag ! In just over a week he sourced a Tenant and the process after that was smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend him.
