The team at Parrys made our first experience of buying a house such a smooth process. Everyone was incredibly informative and friendly over the phone; if a member was unavailable to chat they would always get back to us by the end of the same day. Karl Pendry was absolutely wonderful and (virtually) held our hands through the entire process. His communication was excellent and kept us in the loop if there were any bumps along the way. He was also calm, patient and listened to any problems we had and queries that we raised. As a first time buyer, I don’t have much to compare to but considering buying property is such a huge commitment, Parrys made us feel at ease.
