I can't even give this company 1 star. The worst Estate Agent i have ever dealt with. The staff are rude and the when i had a issue i asked to speak with the director who deliberately avoided my call more than once and got one of her staff to tell me, i needed to email her. Which i did and never got a reply. The customer service level is abysmal and the business is run very poorly. End up always speaking to different people as the same person is never available twice or left the company and when you do need to speak with someone in person the office is shut! Especially the one in Didcot - says ' Mon-Sat 9:00-5:30pm well i can tell you it's defiantly NOT it's more of a part time estate agency if you ask me. If your a landlord like me i would strongly advise using someone else plenty more decent agencies out there which do a fine job compared to this joke.

Please feel free to call me to discuss your comments as certainly we would like to respond to you. As a business director, I'm sure you can appreciate I’m not always available to take calls, if you had emailed me, I would have responded accordingly. I do have other senior staff who are also more than capable of dealing with your query. We are currently recruiting for our Didcot office, and when staff are out on appointments we do occassionally need to lock up the office. Most of my staff are long term, we have a great reputation for customer service & local market knowledge. I look forward to hearing from you to resolve your outstanding matter.
