When we register applicants we have to clarify the employment status of each respective applicant and also their respective salaries so that if they were to want to take a property they would pass the referencing process. We do have to get information regarding a proposed tenant who is self employed as in how long they have been self employed and if they have an accountant that they can provide proof of income. I am sorry that you thought that Gary was being was condescending throughout the conversation. I have worked with him for many years and he has received multiple 5 star Google reviews and he always aims to provide our customers with a 5 star service they deserve.
