Thank you for your feedback, I have spoken to the member of staff who called you, she was sorry you felt in any that she was unhelpful. She assures me that she did her upmost to listen to your requests and went through all the property details with you, to ensure it met your criteria before booking you in for a viewing to ensure you were happy with what we were going to show you. Regarding not liking your simple suggestion, she merely advised you that the property is an exceptional opportunity, so it is good to be able to talk applicants through the property first, before dismissing it, she refutes that at any time did say your suggestion was not necessary. She confirms she did not refuse to take your details off our system she merely asked you to clarify once in case we had the perfect property come on the market in future which you may want to view. You advised no, you no longer wanted to register so your request was then actioned. This member of staff always conducts herself in a professional and helpful manner, and indeed is the reason for most of our 5-star reviews confirming this.
