I asked Mortimers to deal with the sale of my mothers house following her death. Whilst our berevement was stressful enough we also had the added worry of serious illness with our son. Enter Chloe! Our appointed sales negotiator was a Godsend, and lifted all the pressure of our house sale off our shoulders. Chloe rang almost weekly (even as a courtesy if there was nothing new to report) She was always friendly and cheerful and handled the whole process from marketing, (chasing up solicitors) to completion in a proffesioinal and efficient manner. I honestly don't know how we would have coped without her! Thank you Chloe and Mortimers for making a potentially stressful house sale relatively straightforward. I would have no hesitation in recommending these people to anyone entering into the house buying/selling market.
