I have just completed on my purchase through Mortimers, specifically handled by Leanne Taylor (no relation), and the whole process was as effortless as buying a house can be. Leanne worked relentlessly to ensure the process went smoothly and was active in resolving some quite major issues. As a FTB I don't have a benchmark to compare Leanne and Mortimers against but in future their performance will be the benchmark I'll expect from others.
