Trying to sell my late Mother's house during the covid lockdown was a distressing nightmare but the team at Mortimers, and especially Leanne, were there to support me every step of the way and made such a difficult and traumatic job so much easier. Leanne led me through the steps and was always on the other end of the phone if I needed help or advice. Everyone I dealt with at the Accrington office was so friendly and professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough - they all made the process very easy and found a buyer within a week of the house being advertised. If you compare fees you may think they are a little higher than some of their competitors but I would say it is worth paying a little more for such excellent and speedy service.
