I have just completed the sale of my mum's house and chose Mortimers to navigate me through. Having had pitches from various providers, both traditional and online but it was clear, after my initial meeting, Mortimers were head and shoulders above everyone else I had seen. They understood us, the area, the house. Mortimers were attentive and engaging, they listened to me and were not dismissive of my input. The viewings started on day one. Mortimers had been on to perspective buyers, marketing the house before the online blurb had even been finalised. I was present at viewings but they did everything, showed people around and even policed their stringent Covid policy, which was thorough and professional. A couple of people stepped out of line and were quickly reeled back in, politely. My award for Senior Sales of the years has to go to Leanne Taylor. Where would I be without Leanne? Probably still for sale and on tranquillisers. Throughout the process, Leanne was there. She called back when she said she would, she did what she said she would and was frankly a rock. During a couple of rocky moments she was supportive and positive, she was always there when I needed her and she never made me feel like I was taking up her time, even when she was clearly mad busy. Not all heroes wear capes. Mortimers were exceptional. I had high expectations because of the team I had the good fortune to work with, but they surpassed all of them. Their professionalism, dedication to hard work, customer focus, knowledge, innovation and enthusiasm can't be found anywhere. On a final, important note, our sale went through in around 10 weeks, which seemed an age of panic. But jn reality it is no time at all. Down to the way Mortimers set up and steer the process and the exceptional manner in which Leanne communicates with the buyers, that did not go unnoticed. 👏👏👏PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
